The variety belongs to the Cyclamineus group. The flower, approximately 8 cm in diameter, has bright golden-yellow petals that are reflexed backwards, and a long bright red-orange cup. One flower is formed on the peduncle.

The variety belongs to the early or mid-early flowering category. The plant tolerates adverse weather conditions well and is resistant to damage by deer and rabbits. The variety is suitable for container cultivation, placement in rock gardens, and is also capable of naturalization.
