The variety belongs to the jonquilla daffodil group (Division 7). A single peduncle 30–40 cm high typically forms 1 to 5 flowers. Foliage is narrow, characteristic of this plant type. The variety possesses a pronounced fragrance reminiscent of jasmine and honeysuckle.

Upon opening, the petals have a pale yellow tint, which eventually lightens to creamy white or ivory. The ruffled corona is colored in tones ranging from yellow to apricot and pink; the edges often have a bright orange-pink rim.

The plant has a late flowering period (April–May) and is suitable for landscape design, container gardening, cut flowers, and forcing. The variety is capable of naturalization and adapts well to warm conditions, although the intensity of the corona's pink tint is better preserved when grown in areas with diffused light.
