The variety is a compact plant with sturdy stems. The flowers have ivory-colored petals and a ruffled corona of a mandarin or orange shade. In classification, the variety is found as a large-cupped or split-corona daffodil.

Flowering occurs in mid-spring. The plant is characterized by good establishment, the ability to naturalize, and tolerance to light partial shade. The variety is suitable for cut flowers, forcing, and use in flower beds, containers, and rock gardens.
