The variety is mid-season; the period from sowing to harvest is 60–70 days. The plant belongs to the Genovese type, forming a vigorous, lush, spreading bush. Depending on growing conditions, the height can vary from 35–45 cm to more than 1 meter.
The leaves have a saturated dark purple color, which persists throughout the entire vegetation period without turning green. The plant possesses an intense spicy aroma with notes of clove and anise.
The variety demonstrates resistance to diseases, stress conditions, heat, and short-term drought. Suitable for cultivation in the open field, greenhouses, and pots, both by seedling method and direct sowing into the soil. Intended for fresh consumption, processing, and use as a colorant.
