The variety is versatile and suitable for producing hay, silage, haylage, and for grazing. It is characterized by rapid germination and is capable of providing 2–3 cuts per season with a productive lifespan of 2–3 years.

The plant possesses high drought resistance and moderate cold resistance. The presence of condensed tannins in its composition promotes protein absorption and prevents bloat in ruminants, as well as limiting the number of gastrointestinal parasites.

The forage is distinguished by a high content of protein, calcium, and beta-carotene. Due to its deep root system, the crop effectively enriches the soil with nitrogen and improves its structure, which allows the variety to be grown on dry and high-altitude sites.
