The variety is mid-early. The duration of the growing season to the first cut is 56 days, and 101 days to seed maturity. Stem height ranges from 108 to 112 cm.

The plant possesses very good winter hardiness and good disease resistance. Lodging resistance is rated at 4–4.5 points. The average dry matter yield is 8.34 t/ha.

Used as a forage crop for green fodder and hay production, and is also a honey plant. Cultivation is permitted both in pure stands and in mixtures with other perennial grasses.
