The variety is an industrial hybrid bred for the use of the Clearfield system, which provides resistance to imidazolinone herbicides, specifically imazamox. Plants reach a height of less than 90 cm, have a light green color, an erect flag leaf, and a loose semi-pendulous panicle.

The variety is characterized by good resistance to lodging and major fungal diseases, and also demonstrates intensive initial vegetative growth. Agricultural practices require ensuring sufficient nitrogen nutrition throughout the entire growing season, which is estimated to be relatively long.
