The variety belongs to the root parsley group. The growing period is 180–195 days. The plant forms uniform cylindrical roots with white, firm flesh, reaching 22–25 cm in length.
The variety possesses drought tolerance, frost resistance down to -20°C, and resistance to rust. The produce is characterized by a high content of dry matter, vitamins, and essential oils, as well as a pronounced aroma and sweetish taste.
The roots are suitable for long-term winter storage, maintaining their quality in sand for up to 6 months. The variety is universal in its use, suitable for fresh consumption, drying, and canning.
