The variety is semi-leafless; plant height ranges from 53 to 95 cm. The vegetation period lasts 68–80 days. Flowers are white, arranged in pairs per node; pods are slightly curved with a blunt tip. Cotyledons are yellow; the thousand kernel weight varies from 186 to 300 grams.
Protein content in the grain is 22.5–23.7%. The variety is characterized by high resistance to lodging, however, it is susceptible to root rots and Ascochyta blight. Yields, depending on conditions and cultivation technologies, range from 2.7 to 5.0 t/ha with a potential of up to 5.5 t/ha.
