There is a Spartan line with the code HP48-11: it is a 16-17 node multi-podded freezing variety resistant to Fusarium wilt race 1, powdery mildew, and pea leaf roll virus.
The Spartan line (BSC 359), derived from crossing the varieties Genie and Samish, is a "second early" semi-leafless variety with a height of 53 cm. It possesses resistance to Fusarium wilt (race 1), powdery mildew, and turnip yellows virus.
