The plant is vining, requires the installation of supports, and reaches a height of 1.5 to 2 meters, although forms 70–150 cm tall occur. The variety is early-maturing, with a ripening period of 60–68 days after sowing.
The pods are thick-walled and crunchy, 7.5–10 cm long, and are consumed fresh or cooked. The variety shows resistance or tolerance to powdery mildew and pea leaf roll virus.
