Variety description

The plant has mid-green leaf color and is characterized as one of the few varieties of the species suitable for commercial seed production. The rooting period is 3–4 weeks. The variety is suitable for cultivation on most soil types with a pH level from 5.5 to 8.0.
The variety shows excellent shade tolerance and requires episodic mowing. When grown in shaded areas, it is permitted to maintain a mowing height of no less than 5.0 cm, as the culture generally does not tolerate frequent mowing well.
