The variety is characterized by rapid germination, swift stand formation, and early spring regrowth. The plant has fine, medium-green leaves and provides high sward density throughout the entire growing season.

The variety possesses high resistance to leaf spot, drought tolerance, and withstands mechanical stress, which allows for its use in creating private and public lawns, sports fields, and sod rolls. It combines well with Lolium perenne and Festuca rubra.
