The variety belongs to the fine-leaved group and is distinguished by high turf density. Due to slow biomass formation, the need for frequent mowing of the stand is reduced.

The plant has an intense color, uniform texture, high resistance to trampling, and drought tolerance. The variety is intended for the creation of professional sports surfaces and highly decorative parterre lawns; it combines well with other fine-leaved grass species.
