The variety represents a classic type of Kentucky bluegrass with restrained growth, which allows for reduced mowing frequency. The plant has a rich dark green color, fine leaf texture of medium width, and forms a dense, thick turf with a developed rhizome system.
The plant is distinguished by high winter hardiness and resistance to heat, drought, trampling, and diseases. It possesses good seedling vigor and relatively fast emergence. The variety is used for establishing private lawns, amateur football fields, sod production, and in landscape gardening.
