The variety belongs to the Compact-Midnight group and is characterized by compact growth and fine leaf texture with a very dark, intense green color. It possesses high aggressiveness and wear tolerance, which facilitates the rapid formation and recovery of dense turf after mechanical damage.

The plant is adapted to low mowing down to 1.3 cm, which allows it to be used for professional sports surfaces, and it maintains good density at higher mowing heights. The variety demonstrates resistance to stem rust, summer patch, leaf spot, and brown patch.
