The variety is intended for creating professional lawns, sports grounds, football fields, and golf courses. It possesses high wear resistance, the ability for rapid recovery after damage, and good stand density. It is characterized by early spring regrowth and high adaptability during the summer period.

The plant is characterized by an aggressive growth type, rapid seed germination, and the formation of a dense cover. It is distinguished by high resistance to leaf spot, Summer Patch, and stem rust. The seeds have a small size, which increases the number of sprouts per unit area at the standard seeding rate.
