The variety forms a uniform, high-density turf. The plants possess resistance to leaf spot and rust, and also exhibit high heat and drought tolerance.

This variety is characterized by low maintenance requirements and reduced demand for nitrogen nutrition. Seedlings emerge in 15–21 days with regular irrigation. The variety prefers sunny areas and sandy loam or light loam soils, and tolerates trampling well.

The primary purpose of the variety is the creation of high-quality lawns and use as a component in park grass mixtures. In the flowering stage, the species reaches a height of 20–90 cm, however, for lawn use, the height is controlled by the mowing regime.
