The plant forms a dense, resilient turf with medium-fine leaves of a saturated medium-green color. The variety possesses high germination energy; with optimal care, seedlings can emerge in less than 10 days. It is characterized by good cold hardiness and early spring awakening.
It possesses resistance to a number of rust and powdery mildew strains, as well as high wear resistance to mechanical loads. It adapts well to heavy soils with moderate fertility but tolerates strongly acidic environments poorly.
Intended for sports facilities, professional landscaping, and the production of sod rolls. It can be used both in pure form and as part of grass mixtures. The recommended mowing height is from 1.3 cm, seeding rate is 10–15 g/m².
