The variety is intended for the establishment of golf courses, sports grounds, professional football pitches, and the production of sod. It is included in professional seed mixtures in combination with ryegrass and fescue.

The plant belongs to the «sub-compact midnight» type, characterized by low growth and high turf density. The variety is capable of withstanding intensive trampling and low mowing down to 12–13 mm.

Possesses strong resistance to diseases. Under drought conditions, the variety demonstrates the ability to maintain color better than some other analogs, while shoot density remains at an average level.
