The variety belongs to the Compact-America type and forms leaves of medium or fine texture in dark green or medium-dark green color. It is characterized by aggressive spreading via rhizomes and rapid seedling emergence, which can occur in 5–7 days under favorable conditions.

The plant possesses high resistance to a wide spectrum of diseases, including Helminthosporium leaf spot, rust, Fusarium patch, snow mold, red thread, gray leaf spot, and summer patch. The variety is distinguished by excellent heat tolerance, resistance to summer stress, high wear tolerance, and a medium level of salt tolerance.

The variety is intended for the establishment and renovation of sports turf, such as football pitches, tennis courts, and polo grounds, as well as for use in high-quality grass mixtures. It is suitable for both initial seeding and overseeding of existing stands.
