The variety is intended for the formation of high-quality lawn covers and is characterized by rapid rooting. Due to the biological characteristics of the species, the plant is adapted to conditions of shading and increased humidity.
During agronomic trials, the variety demonstrated resistance indicators to seasonal diseases, including Microdochium nivale (pink snow mold), at a level of 6.0 points.
