The plant forms a compact rosette of bright green leaves, resembling lettuce leaves in shape. The flowers are large, double, rose-shaped, of a rich scarlet shade, and have a fragrance. The plant height is 12–30 cm, the bush diameter is 20–35 cm.

The variety belongs to early to mid-season flowering. The plant does not produce seeds, which ensures the duration of flowering. It possesses resistance to precipitation and winter hardiness in USDA zones 4–9. It is used in landscape gardening and for container cultivation.
