The Aristo tree possesses vigorous growth and forms a semi-spreading crown; the flowering type is mid-late. The plant exhibits high resistance to major diseases, including tolerance to plum pox virus.
The fruits have a round or oval-spherical shape, with an average weight of 50–80 g. The skin is orange with a bright red blush and slight pubescence. The flesh is orange, juicy, with a balanced sweet taste and slight acidity; the stone separates easily from the flesh.
The variety belongs to late ripening groups; harvesting occurs from late July to early August. The fruits have good firmness, which ensures high transportability.
