The tree is vigorous, with a densely foliated, compact, broadly pyramidal crown. The leaves are dark green, with an elongated tip, and are located on short petioles. The variety is self-sterile.
The fruits are medium to large in size and have a oblate-round shape. The skin is yellowish-cream in color with a carmine-red blush; the flesh is juicy and firm. Fruit ripening occurs in the first half of July. Transportability is low.
The variety has high winter hardiness and resistance to spring frosts, but it can be affected by Wilsonomyces carpophilus. ARZAMI is used primarily in fresh form, although some sources mention its suitability for processing.
