The tree of the variety is semi-vigorous with a semi-upright growth habit. Harvesting typically occurs between the end of June and July. The variety is self-fertile.

Fruits are medium to large in size, oval in shape. Skin is yellow-orange with a red blush on the sunny side. Flesh is golden-orange, firm, juicy, with a "melting" texture, sweet taste, and aroma. Fruits are suitable for long-term storage.

The variety possesses some resistance to Plum pox virus, though it may exhibit symptoms of the disease. It is used in breeding programs as a donor for fruit quality.

The variety is versatile: suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for drying, canning, and jam making.
