The tree is vigorous, has a spreading crown, and branches can be drooping. The variety is self-fertile and does not require the presence of pollinators for fruit set.
Fruits have a weight of 80–100 g, an elliptical or elongated-heart shape, and are sometimes flattened. The skin is intensely yellow with a diffuse red blush. The flesh is firm, juicy, light yellow in color, and possesses a distinct aroma and sweet-and-sour taste.
The variety is characterized by high fruit transportability and above-average winter hardiness. Resistance to major diseases is estimated as high, although the tree requires standard preventive treatments against moniliosis, clasterosporiosis, and bacterial canker.
