The variety belongs to the very early category, ripening approximately 35 days earlier than the San Castrese variety. The tree is characterized by medium vigor and bears fruit mainly on spurs and mixed twigs.

The fruits possess good flavor qualities, are aromatic, and are suitable for transport. The skin has an intense orange color with a blush covering about 50% of the fruit surface.

The variety is self-incompatible and requires the presence of pollinator varieties for effective fruiting.
