The tree has medium to high vigor and a semi-upright crown. Flowering is medium-late, which reduces the risk of flower damage from spring frosts. The variety is characterized as highly productive and self-fertile.
The fruits have an oval or elliptical shape, predominantly of 2A caliber. The coloration is characterized by a bright orange background with an intense red blush on 50–70% of the surface. The flesh is firm, aromatic, with a sugar content (Brix) of about 13–14°, and is distinguished by good keeping quality and transportability.
The variety is early, maturing 5 days after the Carmingo Pricia variety. It possesses genetic resistance to Plum pox virus (PPV).
