Variety description

10 August 2026

The Stella tree is characterized as compact or medium-sized with a broadly pyramidal or rounded crown. A key feature is self-fertility: the variety does not require cross-pollination and serves as a universal pollinator for other varieties itself.

The fruits are large, weighing 7–12 g, heart-shaped or round-pointed, and turn a dark red, almost black color when fully ripe. The flesh is firm, juicy, and sweet in taste. The variety has good resistance to diseases, including bacterial canker.

The variety has a universal purpose: the fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, canning, freezing, and drying. The crop is widely used in both industrial and amateur gardening.
