IFG Cher-two
ActivePrunus avium (L.) L. · Sweet cherry
David W.Cain
10 August 2026
The variety produces large, glossy, dark red fruits with a small stone, suitable for fresh consumption and processing. In terms of maturity, it is a late-ripening variety, maturing at the same time as or one day after the Bing variety.
The plant is productive; however, with high yields, the fruits can form dense clusters. This feature requires monitoring of the tree's condition, as it increases the risk of brown rot development.
