Variety description

The variety is a shrub-like tree up to 5 meters tall with strong branching. The fruits have an average weight of 30–40 g and are characterized by an oval asymmetrical shape with a flat apex, smooth skin, and a weakly expressed suture line.

The variety is propagated by grafting or root suckers. The harvest period falls in July and August. The plant is a local Italian genetic resource that is currently found sporadically in nature.
