Perdrigon is a group of folk selection varieties with fruits of various colors, including white, red, and purple. The tree is characterized as medium or vigorous with a dense spherical or flat-rounded crown. The variety possesses winter hardiness and resistance to Monilinia and Clasterosporium carpophilum.
Fruits weighing 20–35 g have a broadly ovate or broadly oval shape. The skin is usually dark blue with a waxy bloom, the flesh is yellow or greenish-yellow, sweet and sour. The stone separates in most forms. The variety is highly self-fertile, the fruits hold firmly on the branches and do not drop until full maturity.
