The fruit skin is thin, dark purple, almost black in color with a glossy sheen. The flesh is yellow, juicy, with a sweet-and-sour taste.
The variety belongs to mid-season types, ripening occurs in mid-summer or early August. The productivity of the variety is assessed as good and stable. The plant exhibits resistance to various climatic conditions; however, its susceptibility to Plum pox virus (PPV) was noted in studies.
