The tree grows with medium vigor, forming a swollen, moderately dense crown. The fruits are quite large, weighing 45–50 g, with an elliptical shape. The skin is dark purple with a blue waxy bloom; the flesh is yellow, juicy, and has a sweet and sour taste. The small, oval stone separates easily from the flesh.
The variety is self-fertile and characterized by high frost resistance (down to -30°C) and resistance of the flowers to spring frosts. The trees have low susceptibility to bacterial and fungal diseases. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and for all types of industrial processing.
