The Elios variety tree has medium vigor and an upright crown. Flowering occurs in mid-season, flowers are of the non-showy type. The variety is very early: fruit ripening occurs 40 days before the Redhaven variety and 20 days before the Armking variety.
Nectarine fruits are small, weighing about 90 grams with a diameter of 55 mm. The skin is smooth, 80% covered with red color. The yellow flesh has medium firmness, juiciness, and good taste properties; the stone separates easily. The fruits are distinguished by resistance to transport.
