The variety is characterized as late-ripening, maturing 55 days after the Redhaven variety. The tree has medium to above-medium vigor, forms an upright canopy, and requires about 400–500 or more chill hours. The variety is self-fertile.
Fruits are round or oval in shape, weighing 160 g or more with a diameter of 7.5–9 cm. The skin is yellow with a bright red blush. The flesh is yellow, juicy, and firm; the pit separates easily. The variety is sensitive to Monilinia and bacterial spot in high humidity conditions and requires regular pruning.
