The tree is vigorous, reaching a height of about 3.5–5 meters. The chilling requirement is about 700 chill hours. The variety is susceptible to bacterial spot.
The fruit has golden-yellow skin with a red blush. The flesh is yellow, fine-grained, juicy, with a moderately sweet taste. The ripening period occurs 1–6 days after the Elberta variety.
