The Fercluse tree has good vigor and a semi-erect crown type. The variety ripens in late July. Flowering occurs at the same time as the Ferlate and Ferlot varieties. The plant is characterized by high productivity with no tendency toward biennial bearing.
The fruits have a regular shape, sometimes with a small tip, and an average weight of 170–200 g (caliber A). The variety is distinguished by high adaptability to industrial requirements, resistance to fruit cracking, and reduced susceptibility to major pests. Scientific studies have recorded high antioxidant activity of the fruits.
