The Malix 24 tree has medium vigor and forms a vase-shaped crown, which facilitates maintenance. Flowering is medium, flower type is rosaceous. The variety is characterized by high productivity, allowing for harvest in two passes.
Fruits are round in shape, large, with a bright red surface color covering 90–100% of the area. The flesh is yellow, has a crisp, melting texture and a sugar content of 11–12° Brix. The ripening period occurs in mid-June.
