Late-maturing variety with large, flat-round fruits. The skin is yellow-orange with a red blush, the flesh is yellow and firm. The variety is of the freestone type, the pit separates well from the flesh.
The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and a powerful, wide crown. The variety is self-fertile, winter-hardy, and has a chilling requirement of about 750 hours. Adapted for growth on strong and calcareous soils.
The variety is for universal use; fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and various types of processing. The plant shows above-average tolerance to frosts, however, it can be susceptible to typical fungal diseases of peach.
