Red Haven
ActivePrunus persica (L.) Batsch · Peach
Stat Exp South Haven (US)
10 August 2026
Fruits of the variety are medium to large in size and colored yellow with a red blush. Due to insufficient flesh firmness, the fruits do not transport well over long distances, which limits the use of the variety to local markets and home gardens.
The variety is classified as early-midseason, maturing approximately 8 weeks before the «Elberta» variety or one week after «Golden Jubilee». Winter hardiness of flower buds is at the level of the «Elberta» variety.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
