The variety was bred by I. N. Ryabov at the Nikita Botanical Gardens by crossing the Rochester and Greensboro varieties. The tree reaches a height of 3–4 meters and has a spreading, rounded crown prone to thickening.
Fruits are spherical, slightly flattened, weighing 100–150 g. The skin is firm, thick, pubescent, greenish-cream in color with a diffused burgundy-red blush. The flesh is yellow and very juicy. The variety is characterized by self-fertility, early bearing, and high yield of up to 60–70 kg per tree; however, due to abundant fruit formation, the crown may become overloaded with the crop.
The variety is a dessert type and is used primarily in amateur gardening.
