The variety was obtained as a result of hybridization of the Diamond Princess variety and an unnamed white-fleshed variety. The tree has good yield, and the chilling requirement is about 500 hours.

The fruits have red or pink-red skin, the flesh has a melting texture and high sugar content, reaching 16 °Brix. The variety is mid-season, the fruits are suitable for long-term storage and transportation.
