Variety description

The variety is a vigorous tree 5–6 meters tall with a rounded or pyramidal crown. Fruits have a round-oval shape, an average weight of 25–45 g, golden-yellow skin, and juicy, sweet flesh with a stone that separates well.

Ripening occurs in July, 10–14 days earlier than the «Shiro» variety. The variety belongs to hardiness zone 5 and shows low susceptibility to black knot, however, in rainy seasons, it requires protection against monilinia rot and coccomyces leaf spot.

Thinning of fruits is recommended to ensure a stable yield. For pollination, the presence of other Japanese plum varieties is necessary, such as «Shiro», «Santa Rosa», «Satsuma» or «Methley».
