The variety belongs to diploid plums (hybrid cherry plum). The tree is vigorous or medium-sized, reaching a height of up to 3.5 m, with a spreading crown of medium density. The variety possesses good disease resistance and above-average winter hardiness.
Fruit ripening occurs in July. The fruits are large, weighing 70–80 g (some up to 100 g), round and symmetrical in shape, dark blue, almost black in color with a waxy bloom. The flesh is bright yellow, firm, juicy, and has a sweet dessert taste.
