The plant is a deciduous shrub or small tree reaching 3 to 6 meters in height. The variety possesses high drought tolerance and heat resistance; it is self-fertile and does not require pollinators for fruit set.

Fruits have a spherical or slightly flattened shape and a deep red skin color. The taste is characterized as sweet-and-sour, and the pulp has a rich ruby-red color. The variety is versatile and suitable for both fresh consumption and processing, for example, for juice production.

In conditions of high humidity, the plant's resistance to leaf spot and rot may decrease. In literature, the variety is characterized as having normal seeds, which refutes common misconceptions about its seedlessness.
