Variety description

The plant reaches a height of up to 3 meters and a width of about 2 meters. One of the key features of the variety is a significantly smaller number of thorns compared to traditional representatives of the species, which facilitates maintenance. The shrub demonstrates high disease resistance, including lower sensitivity to Phytophthora.
Flowering occurs in May-June with small white flowers collected in corymbose inflorescences. The rounded fruits change color from apple-green to bright yellow or yellow-orange upon ripening and persist on the shrub for a long time. The variety has high winter hardiness, withstanding temperatures down to -20°C and below.
In landscape design, the shrub is used as a solitaire plant, for forming hedges, or for wall-side cultivation. The plant's fruits are not intended for human consumption due to the risk of upset stomach.
