Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is a hybrid obtained as a result of crossing Pyrus pyrifolia and Pyrus communis, although in some classifications it is assigned to the group of white pears Pyrus bretschneideri. Molecular genetic analysis shows that the variety's profiles match those of certain other cultivars.

The fruits are intended for fresh consumption. The original variety has green skin coloration, while the Zaosu Red form, which arose as a result of a bud mutation, is characterized by red fruit color.
