The variety is intended for cultivation as an intermediate crop during post-harvest or summer-autumn sowing for the purpose of soil remediation, weed suppression, and erosion prevention. The plant is distinguished by its ability to close canopy quickly and a late flowering period, which allows for the accumulation of significant biomass.

The variety is characterized by high resistance to the beet cyst nematode Heterodera schachtii and good resistance to Alternaria. Morphologically, the variety has a low tendency to form a thickened root and possesses the ability to regrow after mowing.
